ERS's employee credit reports are vital in any pre-employment screening process involving positions with financial responsibility. Employee credit report data comes directly from the three major credit bureaus and is fully FCRA compliant. Running an employment credit check on a potential employee can reveal information that may not be offered by the applicant, but may have an adverse effect on their job performance.
